FAQ’s

What if money is tight? I completely understand being low on funds, but I would not be where I am today if I hadn’t invested in myself. I also, being someone who likes to do things “my way,” understand the desire to try to go it alone. I promise you that your investment in yourself will be worth it, and I also promise that having a partner who has been there and walked the road that you are heading down will be incredibly beneficial. Trust me. I would know! If making a payment in full upfront is something that you cannot do, I am happy to offer you a payment plan. Payment plans can be set up for a maximum of 12 months, just let me know this is something that you need to discuss during our introductory session.

Can I get a refund? Refunds are not offered on individual coaching.

How do I schedule my sessions? After payment is received, we will be in contact to agree on a mutually convenient day and time for your sessions. I will then schedule your sessions for you. You will be given access to your appointment portal in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that sometimes things are unavoidable, but please be in touch with me as soon as possible if you cannot be available for your session.

Where do our sessions take place? All of our sessions will take place over the phone. I will call you at our appointed time. Please be available and ready to work when I call.

Six years ago I was right where you are. I was working all the time. I was so stressed and worried constantly. I was also really unkind to myself. I knew I wanted something else, something different, something simpler for my life - but I had no idea what that was or how to get there. I felt like if I just had some sort of system, I could totally get my s*** together. Then I got really, really, really sick, and the need to get it figured out became even more important.

In working to find the “answer”, I instead found self-care, which I ended up using to develop the "system" that I now teach to clients to reduce the chaos in their lives. By learning to be kinder and more compassionate to myself, and consistently habituating my self-care, I found I could balance my busyness with true intention. It’s deep work, and it is ever-changing, and it has truly changed my life.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Apply for your free Introductory Session. This session will let us get to know one another, and see if we are a good fit.

  2. An e-mail will be sent to you to let you know if your application was accepted. Check your spam/promo folder if you don’t see it! (I try to respond to these within 24 business hours)

  3. I will grant you access to my calendar to book you Introductory Session. I will confirm with you once I see your booked call!

  4. We will get on the phone, chat and decide to partner together. The Introductory Session is the most important step. Please make sure you are available and have no distractions!

  5. You will make your purchase. All paperwork will also be signed (including any payment plan agreements).

  6. Your sessions will be scheduled. You will also be given access to your client portal at this time.

  7. So much goodness starts to happen!
